3-star beachfront hotel in the Florida Keys with two outdoor pools and a bayside restaurant
Pools & Wellness
The hotel has two outdoor pools, including a heated infinity pool with views of the bay and a pool with a shallow end for children. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available around both pools, and a fence encloses the pool areas for safety. A 24-hour fitness center offers cardio equipment and yoga classes, while the on-site business center provides workstations and meeting facilities.
Dining
Guests start the day with a free hot breakfast that includes scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The on-site restaurant, Sparky's Landing, serves lunch and dinner in a 5,000-square-foot waterside setting with a full bar offering beer, wine, and spirits. A poolside tiki bar serves drinks and ice pops during open hours, and a snack bar and vending machines provide additional options.
Rooms & Suites
Each room has a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a private bathroom with grab rails and an emergency cord for accessibility. Suites include a seating area with a sofa bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator, with many rooms offering a balcony or lanai overlooking the bay or pool. The hotel also provides designated pet-friendly rooms with a dedicated pet policy, plus a minimarket on site for convenience.
Activities & Recreation
On-site bicycle rentals allow guests to explore Marathon and nearby paths at their own pace. Water sport facilities include kayak and boat hires, diving, fishing, and cycling, all available directly from the property. Evening entertainment features live music performances and happy hour at Sparky's Landing, while the pool area offers hammocks and games for downtime.

The hotel is less than 1.6 km from Key Colony Beach and within 8 km of both Sombrero Beach and the Dolphin Research Center.
